When you visit the website

Netlify hosts this website and runs its enquiry endpoints. Delivering pages and handling requests involves technical information such as your IP address, the requested URL, request time, browser information, and error information. Hosting and security systems may record this information to operate the website, investigate faults, and prevent misuse.

We use this information to provide a working, secure website. Where the GDPR applies, our basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.

When you send an enquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Charter and celebration enquiry forms also ask for a telephone number and collect the experience, requested guest count, possible dates or flexible-date choice, contact preferences, and any additional message. Where applicable, they include the selected duration, charter option, and estimated price shown on the page.

Our website sends these details through Netlify Functions and Resend to the authorised recipients who handle our enquiries. Replies are sent to the email address you provide. We use the information to answer your questions, check dates, prepare an offer, and handle your requested booking. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or make a booking.

Where the GDPR applies, processing an enquiry about a possible booking is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract. General correspondence is handled in our legitimate interest in responding to questions. Booking records may also be needed to meet legal obligations.

Forms contain a hidden field that helps identify automated submissions. Identical email submissions are deduplicated for 24 hours using a hash of the email payload. This does not require an account or a tracking cookie.

You do not have to send a form. If you omit required contact or request details, we may be unable to answer or prepare a useful offer. Please include only information relevant to your request.

Optional analytics and TikTok

Matomo analytics and TikTok services load automatically when JavaScript is enabled. The website currently has no privacy settings controls and does not read or save analytics or TikTok preferences in your browser.

The website loads our Matomo analytics service at analytics.dnbhub.xyz. It records page views and link interactions to help us understand how the website is used.

The website also loads TikTok’s marketing pixel and, where present, its embedded videos. TikTok can receive information about the page, your browser and device, and identifiers or cookies. It may connect this activity with information it holds about you. The pixel measures visits and marketing activity; embedded videos are supplied by TikTok. See TikTok’s privacy policy .

YouTube videos and previews

YouTube players load when you select a video’s play button and use the youtube-nocookie.com player address. Video preview images can be loaded from Google or YouTube image servers when the page is viewed, before playback. Your browser can therefore send technical request information, including your IP address, to Google for these previews. Some previews are hosted locally.

Playing a video establishes a connection to YouTube. Google may then process device, viewing, and account-related information and use cookies or similar storage. The privacy-enhanced player does not mean that no information is sent to Google. See Google’s privacy policy . You can choose not to play a video and still use our contact forms.

Maps

The contact map and package route maps are local static charts made from OpenStreetMap data and served as part of this website. Selecting the OpenStreetMap attribution link takes you to that external website.

If you follow a WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, social-media, or review link, you leave this website and the selected provider processes your use of its service under its own privacy terms. If you send us a message there, we use its contents to respond. The charter form’s WhatsApp link prepares a message from your current selections; WhatsApp receives it when you use that service.

Service providers and international processing

Our website infrastructure and communication providers include Netlify, Resend, and the email services used by our enquiry recipients. Optional content and measurement involve Matomo, TikTok, and YouTube/Google as described above. Information may be processed outside Thailand or your country, including in the United States, depending on the provider and service involved. The applicable provider arrangements govern that processing.

How long information is kept

Enquiry correspondence is needed while we answer your request and discuss any resulting booking. Booking, payment, and related correspondence may need to be retained afterwards for applicable legal obligations, accounting, or the handling of disputes. These purposes, the status of your request, and any applicable retention duties determine how long records are needed. Contact us to ask about a particular enquiry or to request deletion.

The 180-day browser preference period and 24-hour email deduplication period are separate from the retention of enquiry emails, hosting logs, and provider records. Provider records are also subject to the relevant service’s retention arrangements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to your information, including Thailand’s personal data protection law and the GDPR where applicable, you may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, or receive a portable copy. You may withdraw consent to optional services at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of your consent.
